  Kindergarten, Sixth Grade, and Ninth Grade are the main entry points at 布什学派. 每个应用周期, Bush typically welcomes 36 new Kindergarteners, 25-30名六年级新生, 以及25-30名九年级新生.
  
  The number of openings in other grades varies each year and is typically not known until we complete re-enrollment with current families in the late winter. If your student will be entering a grade outside of our main entry points, we still encourage you to apply and all completed applications will be considered for open spaces.

• Is there an age requirement for Kindergarten applicants?

  布什学派 requires that all Kindergarten students be five years of age by September 1 of their enrollment year.

• What kinds of learning support services are available to students?

  布什学派 K-12 支持服务 team provides support to individual students, 小群体, 类, 和家庭, 关注学生的健康, 社会性学习, 以及学术需求. Learning Specialists and Counselors in each division work together to meet students’ goals and needs and, 在适当的时候, connect families with outside resources for additional learning or therapeutic support.
  
  Learning Support at Bush is an accommodations-based program supporting students with disabilities who qualify under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Accommodations at Bush provide access to our academic program but do not alter or modify curriculum nor do they change what a student is expected to master in the class content.

• 布什接受国际申请者吗?

  布什学派 has a robust 社区 of scholars hailing from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, including a very small number of international students (defined as those who do not hold U.S. 公民身份或永久居民身份). 请注意, 布什学派 does not currently support the I-20 student visa for international students, and does not offer boarding or English Language Learning services. 出于这些原因, international applicants must live with a family member while enrolled at 布什学派. English proficiency is also a requirement of our academic program.

• Where do Bush students live and is there a bus to school?

  Bush students live across the greater Seattle area. While most students live in the Seattle city limits, 美世岛, 或者内东区, students travel to Bush from nearly sixty different zip codes each year.
  
  从2023-2024学年开始, the Blazer Bus Program will serve students traveling from South Seattle and the Eastside. The school has partnered with Zum 运输 Services to provide bus transportation for K-12 students to and from campus. 另外, we publish a zip code directory to assist with carpooling arrangements for families outside of the bus routes.
